This week’s theme is GRIEF and the chakra we are focusing on for healing is the 4th chakra, the heart and it is the color GREEN.
Our affirmation is “IT IS SAFE FOR ME TO LOVE.”
Honor Your Pain
Whether a loved one or a pet has passed or maybe you are simply “missing” someone or some “thing” in your life, it’s important to honor your feelings. It is in coming to terms with your pain instead of denying or stuffing it, that a transformation occurs and you come out the other end a better and brighter person.
Don’t let other people tell you if your grief is justified or not. In the story of Penelope and her dog we learn that her beloved pet has passed in her arms. Her friends tell her it’s time to move on and get over it. But I’m here to give you permission to take as much time as you need to grieve.
People who haven’t had your experience can’t even begin to imagine how your heart might be breaking. Don’t let them decide what’s right for you, and don’t apologize for taking whatever time you need to heal.
Unafraid of Sadness
When you face your fears it strengthens your spirit and builds your self-esteem. It’s easy to be afraid and cower in the corner. Rising up and meeting those scary emotions takes courage and grit.
Once you face your sadness/grief you simply hold it like a crying baby. You become conscious of it. As it comes and goes throughout the day you pause and acknowledge it… oh there’s that sadness again and take a deep breath and move on with your day.
Taking the time throughout your day is how you can show up for yourself. It only takes a moment and is incredibly healing. Then little-by-little the pain will become less and less until finally, you are able to experience the joy your loved one has in being in heaven. There’s so much love they can share with us when we heal our grief and open to receive love again.
Love on the Horizon
And speaking of love, as you heal your sadness there is love waiting around the corner for you. Whether it’s a pet your pet in Spirit has sent to you or a new romantic partner your loved one in Spirit has sent or a NEW experience your Spiritual Team has sent… love is waiting for you.
We don’t come to this earth and love one time and one time only.
We come and have many, endless, entirely different experiences of love. Don’t put a wall around your heart. Take the time you need to heal your pain so you can continue on your path of loving and being loved again.
“Communicating with Deceased Loved Ones” Meditation
Take a nice deep breath and close your eyes (if you’re able).
Place your hand on your heart if that’s comfortable for you and feel a beautiful cleansing white light being showered upon you. Clearing away all sadness and grief.
Then imagine your loved one, or pet, or “experience” you are missing standing before you.
Tell this Spirit how much you miss them. Pour your heart out. It’s okay to cry.
Now allow them to tell YOU how much they miss YOU.
Feel their love all around you as you merge into one… one in the pain and grief you are both experiencing.
Now if you desire to continue this connection let them know when a good time to visit you is. Maybe it’s at night before you fall asleep, or maybe in the morning while you’re having your coffee whatever it is agree upon a good time to connect with each other.
Finally, take a deep breath and come back into the room knowing that you are loved here and beyond.
This meditation is going to help you heal and clear any blockages in that 4th chakra this week.

Is lingering pain preventing you from progress?
Throughout this week I want you to hold this question in your mind. Become conscious of how pain, hurt and grief in your life might be lingering and interfering with your ability to love and be loved. As you become aware this pain will slowly but surely heal itself and allow your heart to mend so that you may love deeply and completely again as you once did.
